Fire Collars & Intumescent Wraps
All Pyropanel fire collars are tested to comply with AS1530.4-1997 and AS4072.1-1992
Pyropanel fire collars prevent the passage of flames and hot gases by crushing and sealing off the plastic pipe. The intumescent material contained in all the collars and wraps is unaffected by water or atmospheric influences and industrial environments. It is also resistant to dilute acids, alkalis, paints and conventional construction materials, including binding agents such as gypsum, lime, cement and adhesives.
